Signature Business Consulting (SBC) was incorporated in 2007 by CEO Keith York. SBC’s mission is to educate the government on “State Use” contracting as an opportunity to employ and support individuals with disabilities. SBC’s experience in and knowledge of “State Use'' government contracting set them up for success as they network with qualified nonprofits and government agencies to empower the local disability community.
SBC is built upon California's Welfare and Institution (WIC) Codes 19403 - 19404 which are geared to support California's qualified rehabilitation programs through government contracts. The WIC Codes encourage state agencies to employ individuals with disabilities through the “Without Bid” contract process.
Meet the Team
Keith York has more than 35 years of government, marketing, and contract development experience in the public and private sectors. A graduate from Sacramento State and UC Davis, his experience includes 7 years in legislative research and campaign management and 6 years as Public Relation’s Director for the Rental Association. From 1997 to 2008, he served as VP of Business Development for the California Rehabilitation Association, helping secure more than $45 million in contract services.
Sales & Marketing Director
Brigdon York has spent the last 3 years training and learning the ins and outs of Signature Business Consulting. As the Sales and Marketing Director of SBC, he specializes in generating new leads and building long lasting relationships within the contracting world. Brig has a bachelor of arts from William Jessup and he is blessed to help create new opportunity for the community around him.
Zach York joined the team excited to expand SBC's network of nonprofits and certified rehab programs. Zach graduated from Point Loma Nazarene University in 2020 with a degree in Business Administration and Marketing. After 2 years in the loan and mortgage industry, Zach was ready to use his skills in managing partnerships and communication to set new goals for SBC. Currently, his role is building relationships with SBC clients to prepare them for and connect them to contracts.
Secretary & Treasurer
Gia York graduated from Cal State Fullerton in Advertising and Marketing and has spent more than 30 years in the communications profession. Gia serves as Secretary & Treasury of Signature Business Consulting and is responsible for the day to day accounts and administrative duties as well as develops all marketing and communication strategies.
Ana is the newest member of the SBC team and manages our online presence. From website maintenance to LinkedIn campaigns, Ana seeks to preserve SBC's relationships and increase awareness about our mission. She is a graduate of Point Loma Nazarene University with a degree in Business Administration and Marketing. Her previous experience is in nonprofit administration, working in event planning, donor relations, and social media marketing.
