We are committed to empowering individuals with disabilities by creating meaningful employment opportunities that foster inclusion, independence, and dignity. In 2024, we achieved our goal of employing 100 individuals with disabilities and aim to create an additional 100 opportunities in 2025. Together, we are building a more inclusive California where diversity is celebrated, barriers are removed, and opportunities are boundless.
What We Offer
SBC partners with a wide variety of qualified certified rehabilitation programs & DVBE’s to employ individuals with disabilities through “State Use” contracting.
